Practicals:
It’s a 12 weeks journeyWe explore each sense for 2 weeks (Touch, Taste, See, Hear, Smell, 6th sense or intuition) through sensory oriented practices to develop sensitivity to your inner world & self-inquiryWe meet for 1 on 1 sessions of 1h15 every other week, We integrate several practices to inhabit your body, using breath, touch & movement that we slowly build up over the 12 weeks
