The sessions are thoughtfully structured to provide you with a balanced and enriching experience. Each class unfolds in three segments:

Meditation

We begin with a grounding meditation, setting the tone for self-discovery and presence.

Movement

During the class, we incorporate movement practices, which can involve sitting or standing, allowing you to connect to your body and instincts.

Integration

I had the privilege of participating in an online Embodiment course with Ines, over the summer. She is a unique, kind and skilful tutor who understands the needs of women and how she can help to facilitate meeting those needs, with movement, meditation and breath.

I began the course carrying my lifelong discomfort within my body and many negative thought patterns embedded from childhood. The course helped me to overcome the thoughts and discomfort, and to access buried parts of myself in order to move forward with confidence.

I learned that the freedom to focus on myself, and accept all aspects of myself through movement, changed my mindset in so many ways. My body and mind felt a huge release, not only each week during the session, but continues as I move forward more confidently and freely, with the knowledge I gained on the course.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a safe space to find peace, confidence and awareness through movement, meditation and breath work.

By joining Ines's embodiment class, I wanted to provide my body with a space for expression (during a period of intense work and in addition to therapy I was pursuing elsewhere). I wanted emotions to flow, tensions to be cared for and eased, and to find pleasure in the process! I enjoyed being guided by Ines, with a steady progression and quickly forming habits (the opening and closing circle, recurring invitations to make certain gestures or focus my attention in specific ways). I particularly experienced a breakthrough in terms of playfulness: playing with making faces, playing with releasing my breath to moan and vibrate my chest, playing at being like seaweed, or even playing with the surrounding air that wanted me to have fun with it. These were very liberating and transformative games because they touched my depth within, and it was important to feel authorized to do so in the supportive context of the class. Since then, I have incorporated many of the gestures and ways of being that I learned from Ines into my daily life: especially humming, grounding in my womb, activating my sacrum, visualizing my heart expanding, the wonder when reopening my eyes after the meditation; and more generally, an attitude of tenderness, patience, and exploration towards myself. I wholeheartedly recommend the guidance offered by Ines for releasing emotions and feeling supported when you have the desire to bring joyful care to yourself!

Do I need any previous experience in embodiment practices?

No previous experience is needed to join the class. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, the sessions are tailored to meet you where you are on your journey.

What should I wear and prepare for the class?

I recommend wearing comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Additionally, please ensure you have enough space to move on a mat or carpet. This simple setup will help you fully engage in the transformative practices we’ll explore during each session.

How can I join the class?

After your registration is complete, you will receive a Zoom link via email. This link will grant you access to our online class sessions, allowing you to connect with me and the other participants from the comfort of your own space.

Are the classes recorded?

No, the classes are not recorded to maintain the integrity of the live experience.

What is the commitment required for this program?
